What is the weight limit?

The X-Basic can accomodate up to 240lbs and the X1 can withstand 300lbs. The X2, X3 and X4 all have a 340lb weight limit.

Do you deliver outside of the US?

Our goal at X-Chair is to provide ergonomic support and productivity to workers everywhere. Our shipping costs are priced for US and Canadian orders, but we can ship our chairs to most places. What are the delivery options and costs?

All Consumer orders inside of the Continental U.S. ship for free from Beltsville, MD on standard curbside delivery. All dealer orders and bulk purchases are F.O.B. Baltimore, MD. For detailed shipping information and additional options, you can review our shipping details.

Can I track my order?

Does X-Chair require assembly?

The X-Chair is available to order both unassembled and fully assembled. Assembly should not take more than 15 minutes, and detailed assembly instructions are included. The instructions are both written out and illustrated for your convenience. Click here to watch the assembly instructions video.

How do I adjust my X-Chair to fit me?

Your X-Chair comes with an adjustment guide that provides information on how to work each adjustment mechanism and how to determine your optimal position. This information can also be found here.

What do I do if my X-Chair stops working properly?

All X-Chairs come with a limited 15 year warranty. If your X-Chair has become damaged through normal use, contact us by phone or email. We may request to see a picture or video of the damage. Read the full policy here.

How do I care for my X-Chair?

The X-Chair is built to be durable, but it is not designed to withstand extreme temperatures or unusually dirty conditions. Keep scissors, knives, and other sharp objects away from the mesh & leather to avoid tearing.

To clean your X-Chair, dampen a cloth with water and gently wipe.

Is the X-Chair Warranty Transferable?

The warranty for your X-Chair is non-transferable between parties. The original purchaser/ recipient of the X-Chair is the sole owner of the chair's warranty.
