"Ordering is a breeze, getting the expensive chair is less than exciting. It took over a week before it was in the delivery process. Assembly is easy enough. Chair is comfortable, the default wheels are nice initially but they collect dirt quickly and it builds up on them making movement cumbersome, probably should have ordered the racing wheels."

"Very pleased with the chair, all the specific items that were requested to make it a custom chair were delivered as expected. The only thing I wish is that instead of having the controls for the heat, cold and massage on the back of the chair, I wish there was a remote control. The headrest adjustment is very hard, you have to apply a lot of force to move it up or down."

"With so many great features, having the controls for heat/cool and vibration out of reach seems bizarre. A remote control would be helpful as my work is interrupted every time the features shut off and I have to get up and walk around to the back of the chair."

"Very nice chair for my office, only two things found wrong 1) seating pad way to firm or hard as spoken in different reads. 2) my wheels due not like tile floors- real tiles not fakes other then will not roll easy as old 15yr chair did left on cheap wheels what a mistake. Maybe someone will address my issues . Jc"
