Holiday Shipping Timelines:
Order by December 12th for the Best Chance of Christmas Delivery!

We’re working hard to ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays! Orders ship from California, but factors like weather, high seasonal demand, and shipping carrier constraints may affect delivery times. To maximize the chances of a Christmas arrival, we recommend placing your order by December 12th.

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that this is not a guarantee due to the factors mentioned above. After December 12th, we’ll continue to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping Timelines:

Most of the year we ship items within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. During promotions or high-volume times this processing time may increase. For the most up to date shipping times please check the tracking number of your order. For orders of (6) or more chairs, X-Chair, will provide free curbside Freight Delivery to your location. Any additional services are subject to fees

Sometimes we sellout of certain product. People have great taste! In the event the product you ordered is on back-order, our customer service team will contact you and let you know inventory lead times. While we know this is not ideal, but we promise it will be worth the wait!

At this time, we only ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), some United States outlying islands, and to Canada.
