"After five years of service I needed a new chair cylinder to replace the original slowly leaking cylinder. The Free Shipping was an added bonus when you consider the weight of the cylinder being sent. Once received, I reached out to customer service for directions on removing and replacing the cylinder. I was promptly sent detailed directions so I would not damage my chair during replacement. The price was so good on the cylinder I ordered another one for future use as I believe I will get many more years of service from the best chair I have ever purchased, the X2 K-Sport."

"What a great company and what a rare customer service experience!! I purchased an X-3 in early 2023 and never had a problem of any kind with it. The other day the five-star chrome base snapped off one of the caster arms. I contacted X-Chair and within minutes I received a case number and reply from Andrew. I sent at his request my purchase receipt info and photos of the damaged base, and once again, within a few minutes Andrew contacted me to inform me that a new Seat, Base and Cylinder were being packaged and would be sent to me via Fedex. It took Andrew less time to resolve my case than it has taken me to write this review; just incredibly efficient, professional and courteous customer service. Also, a company that is 100% behind the products they sell."
